UKETAAPPLICATION INC (hereinafter “the Company”) transparently outlines the refund terms that may arise during the use of its UK ETA application service. This Refund Policy is intended to clearly explain the conditions under which a refund may be requested for the ETA application service.

Overview of Refund Policy

  • The service fee for the UK ETA application is non-refundable.

  • The UK government ETA approval fee, paid via the government’s payment page, is non-refundable as per government policy.

  • If the ETA facilitation service is canceled or not completed, a refund of the service fee may be possible; however, this requires substantial justification and must be requested within a specified period.

Refund Conditions

  • Non-provision of Service: If the ETA application service is not provided or processed due to a mistake by the Company, the customer may request a full refund of the fee. However, if the ETA application process has commenced after submission, no refund is available.

  • Inaccurate Service Provision: If a clear error by the Company results in the incorrect processing of the application due to inaccurate information provided by the customer, a full refund may be granted. In such cases, the customer may request a refund if the ETA is rejected or processed with incorrect information.

  • Rejected Application: If the ETA application is rejected according to UK government policy, the Company assumes no refund responsibility. Since approval is solely at the discretion of the UK Home Office, refunds for rejected applications are not provided.

  • Service Cancellation Request: If a customer cancels the application before processing begins, the service fee may be refunded. However, once the ETA application processing has commenced, no refund is available, and any refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the initial application date.

Refund Procedure

  • Submitting a Refund Request: Customers must submit their refund requests via email (support@uketaapplication.com).

  • Refund Request Details: When requesting a refund, customers must provide their name, application number (if the application process has commenced), and the reason for the refund request.

  • Refund Processing Time: Refund requests are generally processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund via Payment Method: Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used by the customer (credit card, electronic payment, etc.), and the refund period may vary depending on the payment method.

Reasons for Non-refund

  • If the ETA is Approved: If the ETA application is approved or is in the process of being approved, the service fee is non-refundable.

  • Issues Due to Customer Error: The Company will not refund fees for issues arising from incorrect information provided or input errors by the customer.

  • Personal Reasons After Application: Refund requests due to personal reasons (e.g., changes in travel plans, travel cancellation) after the application are not accepted.

  • UK Government Decision: Even if the ETA application is rejected based on the UK government's assessment, no refund will be provided.
